薬局のカウンターで、薬剤師に症状を伝えて風邪薬を選んでもらう。

1. 薬剤師

   Hi there. How can I help you?

   こんにちは。どうされましたか？

2. あなた

   I think I caught a cold. I have a sore throat.

   風邪をひいたみたいで、のどが痛いんです

3. 薬剤師

   Oh, sorry to hear that. Do you have a fever, or any other symptoms?

   それはおつらいですね。熱やほかの症状はありますか？

4. あなた

   No fever. It started yesterday.

   熱はないです。昨日からです

5. 薬剤師

   Okay. A lot of people pick this cold medicine. Are you taking any other medication?

   わかりました。こちらの風邪薬を選ぶ方が多いですね。ほかにお薬は飲んでいますか？

6. あなた

   No, I'm not. Will this make me drowsy?

   いいえ。これって眠くなりますか？

7. 薬剤師

   It might. The directions are on the box, but I can go over them with you.

   なることもあります。飲み方は箱に書いてありますが、一緒に確認しましょうか

8. あなた

   Yes, please. That'd be helpful.

   はい、お願いします。助かります

9. 薬剤師

   Sure. Just follow the label, and if you're not feeling better in a few days, check with a doctor.
